1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shopika's services, including our website, USSD service (*384*4444#), and mobile platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Shopika provides digital services including:

• Airtime purchase for Safaricom, Airtel, and Telkom networks
• Safaricom data, voice, and SMS bundles
• Airtime to cash conversion services
• Business tools and platforms (coming soon)
• USSD services via *384*4444#

3. User Accounts

To use certain services, you must create an account at shopika.com/account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payments and Transactions

All transactions are processed via M-Pesa. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• All transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• We are not responsible for errors in phone numbers entered by users
• Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed before payment
• We reserve the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraud

5. Airtime Conversion Service

Our airtime to cash conversion service has specific terms:

• Minimum conversion: KSh 100
• Maximum conversion: KSh 5,000 per transaction
• Processing time: 1-5 minutes
• Funds are sent to M-Pesa numbers provided
• We reserve the right to limit conversions per user per day

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Shopika services for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Harassment or spam
• Circumventing security measures
• Reverse engineering our systems

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shopika shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Errors in phone numbers or amounts entered by users

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
